One may have own associations when thinking about Cuba – the Marxist revolutionary and guerrilla leader Che Guevara or Che, cigars, rum, classical cars, cane fields, rhythms of music or stories about the harsh life under the authoritative rule. Visit the charming cities of Spanish colonial style and learn the local habit while visiting the families in Cuba.
The tour will start in Havana, by going to Santa Clara to visit the Che Guevara mausoleum and museum. The next days you will spend in Trinidad - have the excursions, take salsa lessons and enjoy the local dinner as a group hosted by one of the homestay families. Take an option to hike in nearby Topes de Collantes National Park or visit Ancón Beach for diving, snorkelling or beach lounging. Then you will go to the third biggest city of Cuba – Camagüey that was found in 1515. Visit the beautiful churches, palaces and residences there. Then visit Santiago de Cuba and the Castillo del Morro fort. Enjoy the live music performances in Casa de la Trova – the place, where you can hear the special Trova style music, or explore the Revolution Museum. Take an optional hike to the near El Yunque National Park or explore the breath-taking beaches for which this area of Cuba is famous for. Return to Santiago de Cuba to explore the Afro-Cuban city by visiting important revolutionary sites such as the Moncada Barracks. In the final part of the tour you will have the flight back to Havana. Go on with an included walking tour of Old Havana and visit some of Havana's museums on your choice, explore the city by vintage automobile, or attend one of its famous cabaret-style performances.
