Following the government instructions, and caring about public health, we strongly advise all returned travelers to observe 14 days self isolation quarantene. Due to the Cabinet of Ministers' declaration on the state of emergency of to the rapid spread of virus COVID-19, visitors to Estravel Latvia office will not be accepted until May 12, 2020.In emergency cases please contact us by phone: +371 67283300 or write to sales@estravel.lv

If you are in North America, South America, get to Europe as soon, as possible / if you are in Europe:
- fill in the airBaltic’s application for repatriation: ej.uz/repatriacija
- check-in the Consular register: ej.uz/konsreg
- specify the country you are in
If you are in Asia, Africa, Australia:
- fly to Istanbul as soon as possible
- check-in the Consular register, section Country, specifying Turkey
