(1) In case of cancellation, returning and/or not using a ticket or any other purchased travel service, the travel agency shall not reimburse any booking/servicing costs thereto.

The use of uniform system. All offices of the mother company Estravel and the travel advisors use uniform system that provides for quick and effective rendering of a service.
Wide scope of rendered services. Estravel Latvia works basing on the direct cooperation agreements with authorized suppliers – the airline, ferry, cruise, railway, and car rental companies, and other transportation organizations, hotels, conference and recreation centres, resorts and public catering companies.
Possibility to use the AirPlus company account. The AirPlus company account provides for economically favourable booking of travel services and settlement of accounts, as well as the analysis and management of business trips costs.

Use of the information technologies. A client has personal access to the travel services booking systems maintained by Estravel Latvia that allows checking up the order status at any time.
Crediting, payment of services. Estravel Latvia can offer purchase of travelling services by instalments with the prolonged payment due date. The conditions are set individually.
Discounts to the service fees. Depending on the cooperation volumes, the corporate clients enjoy ordering and servicing discounts (except for the delayed annulments).
The lowest price guarantee. Estravel Latvia undertakes not to sell a single airway ticket or hotel service for the price higher than in any other agency in the Baltic States, and to choose the most advantageous service for the client (general conditions are considered in all deals of sale, which are not the subject of a sole-deal or promotional deal).

Basing on the special corporate client's servicing agreements with the hotels and the hotel chains in Baltic and Scandinavian States, and in Europe, our corporate clients can buy the hotel services with a discount in the amount of 5-50 % from the standard price.
