VAT in the amount of 21% and 0% of the aforementioned sums is calculated in line with the Law “On the Value Added Tax”, p. 1, a. 26 and a. 34; p. 6, a. 46; p 4, a 52; and p 20, a 136.
General conditions:
(1) In case of cancellation, returning and/or not using a ticket or any other purchased travel service, the travel agency shall not reimburse any booking/servicing costs thereto.
(2) The aforementioned fees are charged separately and have no relation with the possible penalty fees claimed by the service providers.
